1. Products & Services
Optimum Solution ("we," "us," "our") is an independent authorized reseller of antivirus and security software products for customers in the United States. Our offerings include:
- Sale of antivirus software licenses (McAfee, Malwarebytes, etc.)
- Guided remote installation and activation of purchased software
- Sale of select productivity and security software bundles
All product delivery and installation assistance is performed remotely via approved digital tools. We do not provide on-site visits, physical repairs, or hardware services.
2. Independent Reseller Disclaimer
Optimum Solution is an independent authorized reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Microsoft, Apple, Google, McAfee, Malwarebytes, or any other software manufacturer or OEM unless explicitly stated. All brand names, trademarks, and product names are property of their respective owners and are used for product identification only. Selling or installing third-party software does not constitute a partnership with the manufacturer.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing from us, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and located within the United States.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are communicated before purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices and availability are subject to change and reflected on our website.
5. Software Licensing
Software products are licensed to you by their respective manufacturers, not by Optimum Solution. We facilitate the sale and installation only. All manufacturer terms, warranties, and end-user license agreements (EULAs) apply. Neither title nor intellectual property rights transfer to you through us. You may not copy, sublicense, decompile, or reverse engineer any software purchased through us.
6. Refund Policy
Software purchases are non-refundable once activated per manufacturer licensing terms. If a product has not been activated, you may request a refund by calling our support line at (866) 211-6181 within 48 hours of purchase. An administrative processing fee may apply.
7. Remote Installation
Guided remote installation is included with your purchase. We use approved remote-access tools to install and activate your software. Remote access is initiated only with your explicit consent. You may terminate the session at any time. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of any information visible during the session.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain a stable broadband internet connection
- Remain present at your computer during installation
- Back up all data before the session — we are not liable for data loss
- Provide legitimate operating system and software licenses if required
8. Availability
We endeavor to be available during posted business hours. Services may be unavailable due to equipment failures, maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Communications Consent
By submitting contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your purchase inquiry. Opt out anytime by calling us at (866) 211-6181.
10. Website Use
You may view Site content for personal or business informational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. Content is protected by copyright and trademark law.
11. Trademarks
The Virus Protection Help name and associated marks are proprietary to Optimum Solution. All other brand names are property of their respective owners.
12. Third-Party Links & Software
We may link to or recommend third-party resources as a convenience. This does not constitute endorsement. You use third-party software at your own risk. Respective vendors are solely responsible for their warranties and support.
13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS BEYOND THE MANUFACTURER'S STATED SPECIFICATIONS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OPTIMUM SOLUTION BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN QUESTION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or national emergencies.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Maryland.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
